The Quality Tourism
Services (QTS) Scheme
run by the Hong Kong
Tourism Board is designed
to identify restaurants
that can be trusted.
Restaurants have an annual
assessment that ensures
that they provide genuine
products with clearly
displayed menus and ensure
superb customer service.
Only restaurants that
qualify for the scheme
display the QTS sign
of quality and if you
have a problem the Hong
Kong Tourism Board will

seating for more than
200 people must provide
a non-smoking section.
People wishing to smoke
must only sit in the
smoking section.
