The place to view Hong
Kong is Victoria Peak
located on the top of
Hong Kong Island. The
Peak also has a bustling
entertainment area and
different dining options
open until about 10pm.Walk
around The Peak and enjoy
views from the Lions
Pavilion, or the Lugard
Road lookout. To reach
the Peak use the Peak
Tram or bus 15 from Star
ferry Piers which is
found next to Central
MTR Exit K. Alternatively
use the green minibus
1 from Lung Wui Road
which is found just east
of the Star Ferry Piers.
Madame Tussauds
A
smaller version of the
London Madam Tussauds
with about 100 figures
including David Beckham
and Jackie Chan. Level 2 of the Peak
Tower, The Peak (2849
6966).
Peak Tram
The Peak Tram
is a very steep funicular
railway that climbs the
steep hill to the top
of Victoria Peak, a height
of 373 metre. The tram
has been in operation
since 1888. To reach
the Tram terminal at
33 Garden Road take bus
15C at the Central Star
Ferry Pier or bus 12C
at Admirality MTR (West).
